Stephanie began her career as an engineer intern with Neel-Schaffer, Inc.  in 1995  immediately after obtaining her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University.  A licensed civil engineer with over 26 years of extensive project experience preparing plans, specifications, estimates for traffic signal installation designs and highway geometric designs; developing sign inventory databases and traffic signing upgrade plans; preparing DOT permit applications; serving as a resident project representative; preparing mandatory documents for construction engineering projects and preparing opinions of cost for construction of transportation projects. She is proficient in the use of MicroStation, Power GEOPAK,  OpenRoads, and SiteManager.
